- any council rates owing
- any water charges owing
- whether there are any leases on the property
- any other interests in the property that you need to know about
- whether there are any Council notices that detriment the property.

Once these searches are concluded, the conveyancer will contact you and inform you if there are any important issues that needs your attention.
